Questions about ordering on the Church Print Hub

Does customising certain items cost more?
No. The price displayed is the price of the item, whether you decide to customise it or not.
Can I have different fonts and colours for customising?
To keep items looking their best, there are a few specially-selected options for fonts and colours you can use to customise each item, as well as deciding on where the text will be aligned. There are no additional options, other than these, for formatting at the moment.
Can I add my own church’s logo?
To keep your items looking their best, additional graphics and photos can not be added. All items are provided by the Archbishops’ Council for the Church of England, so design and logos are all presented in a consistent style.
I’m unable to place my order, what is the problem?
If you encounter any technical problems or are unsure about part of the ordering process please contact us to tell us more and we’ll do all we can to assist you.
Can I cancel an order?
Once you have completed the Checkout process, we will begin to process your order. If you wish to make an enquiry about cancelling an order, please contact us for advice.
Once I have ordered, how long will the delivery take?
We will aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days. Customised orders may take longer.  
How much will postage and packing be?
There are three bands for postage costs depending on how much you spend when you order:
  1. Under £10 spend = £3.50 P&P
  2. £10 — £20 spend = £4.50 P&P
  3. Over £20 spend = £7.00 P&P
  4. Orders over £25 to the Isle of Man will incur a £12 surcharge.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made by credit or debit card at the end of the ordering process. Your purchase through The Church Print Hub will appear on your credit card/bank statement as Christian Publishing and Outreach (CPO).
My credit card statement lists ‘Christian Publishing and Outreach’ as receiving payment is that right?
Yes. Christian Publishing & Outreach Ltd (CPO), is the Print Partner for the Archbishops’ Council’s Church Print Hub. CPO operate the servers; website; customer service (telephone, email and postal); order taking, processing, delivery and all related administration.
Your purchase through The Church Print Hub will appear on your credit card/bank statement as Christian Publishing and Outreach (CPO).
Can I send my items back if I don’t like them?
You may return items which have not been customised, providing you have not marked or damaged them in any way. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order to process a refund. Usually, refunds will be made within 30 days.
NB There may be a handling charge of 20% (minimum £5), subject to the type of product returned. Refunds and exchanges for videos, DVD and CDs will only be made if the product is found to be faulty. The Distance Selling Regulations apply where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights
We are unable to accept the return of customised items unless we are in error.
Please tell us about damaged items, or items which are missing from your order, within three days of receipt.
